How I got here

My background is in hospitality, building engineering and physics. After that I spent 2.5 years in sales. That is why I think in processes, not in tools. First I look at how the work flows, only then at which tool fits.

As a work planner in residential renovations, I saw how much time disappears into retyping and chasing. I built automations the whole team used. The site supervisor booked extra and reduced work against the right project from their phone. It landed at the office straight away.

Now I automate the manual work of recruitment and staffing agencies. For Horeca Toppers I maintain and extend their Make automations. I built their Campagnemonitor, from a concept by their company lead. Right now I am building their internal OS.

I work independently, and that is staying that way. You always speak to the same person: the one actually building your automation. No account manager, no layers in between, no handing you off to a colleague who does not know your process.

I like building things that last. Fewer separate tools and licences, and systems that talk to each other. You get a short manual with it. If something can be simpler, I make it simpler.
